Z stands for Zari Work!
Zari work is an intricate art of weaving threads made of fine gold or silver. Satin and chain stitch is majorly used in zari work. The basic difference in zari and zardozi is that zari has a 2D surface while zardozi has 3D surface. Above are the examples of zari embroidery.
