1. Retail Store Managers
We call all our stores Experience Centers because they are not just stores. Wait till you see it. And we need capable hands to run the show at various cities!
- Manage the Center environment and operations.
- Manage Customer Experience in Center.
- Manage in-center assistant(s).
- Responsible for Center feedback.
- Responsible for Visual Merchandising along with VM team.
- Responsible for Center Marketing initiatives along with the Marketing team.
- Responsible for Center Events along with Events team.
- Inter-center/city stock movement and coordination.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: MBA or MFM (preferred, not mandatory), passionate about Fashion Retail
- Experience: 2-5 years retail preferred, freshers may apply
- A burning drive to achieve and stand out
- Great communication and interaction skills
- Enthusiastic and spreads cheer!
- Coordinate with Store Personnel and Stylists
- Great in Customer Relationship Management
2. Store Marketing Executive (Bhubaneswar)
Location: Infocity, Patia, Bhubaneswar
Department: Retail Operations and Marketing
Role Overview:
The Store Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving footfall, engagement, and sales conversions at the store through localized marketing initiatives, brand visibility efforts, and event activations. The role combines creativity with execution to enhance the DateTheRamp in-store experience and community presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase walk-ins and member sign-ups.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team for promotions, influencer visits, and photo/video shoots.
- Manage store-level social media content (reels, stories, local collaborations).
- Execute Outbound text-tele lead generation and Handle Inbound text-tele leads
- Coordinate in-store events, styling sessions, and customer engagement activities.
- Build partnerships with nearby businesses, colleges, and event organizers to promote the store.
- Track and analyze the performance of local campaigns and report ROI.
- Ensure store visuals, branding, and displays align with DTR brand guidelines.
- Support the store team in promotional activities during peak seasons and launches.
Requirements:
- BBA/BA/BCom/BDes – diploma/degree in Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
- Experience not required, 1–3 years of experience in retail or lifestyle brand marketing.
- Strong communication, networking, and event management skills.
- Understanding of fashion trends and social media marketing.
- Creative thinker with execution excellence and attention to detail.
